Overview
Counted as one of Japan’s three major shrines, Genkuro Inari Shrine was enshrined by Koriyama’s Lord Toyotomi Hidenaga as Koriyama’s deity. It also appears in the epic kabuki play “Yoshitsune Senbonzakura” as the shrine of the Genkuro Fox Legend, attracting many kabuki actors who come and pay their respects.
